The BLT System was created out of a need for both health providers and patients to have very easy access to lab testing at a much lower wholesale cost.  The BLT System is designed to be "open access" . . . meaning both provider and patient can order the lab testing they want or need.  There is no need to have a "doctor's order" to use the BLT System.  Orders for lab testing can be placed by anyone and anytime.
