Hand-cut glass is assembled and layered onto a shelf for an initial kiln firing of up to 1500 degrees. Subsequent firings are required for the addition of elements, details, layers or for shaping by slumping into a ceramic mold. Champagne bubbles are a natural part of the process and in this case, an intended detail. This plate was made with Adventurine Glass which has an amazing overall sparkle when fired! Pair this plate with a Fiesta or Confetti bowl for a fun & colorful place setting. This plate is food-safe, however it is not microwave or dishwasher safe.
