Customer Policy 

-  Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance
-  Clients must provide enough space to accomodate the therapist's needs
-  Any cancellations must be made at least 10 hours before the appointment. If client cancel in less then 10 hours will be charged $50. But if the client does not cancel and does not show the full amount will be charged. (We do this because once the time is booked, no one else can book that time for a massage)
-  If any changes are made to your service including time, procedure, or equipment use, we reserve the right to adjust the price.
-  We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash.
-  A card informations must be provided at the time of booking.
Client intake form must be completed prior to first visit only and sent to info@auramassagemd.com

* The charges include the trasportation cost and fees.
