Dream World Design is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Dream World Design does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.


You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.


All items are inspected before leaving our factory. If any merchandise is returned for factory defects or workmanship, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Any items returned without an authorization number will be refused or discarded.  Any credit issued for merchandise returned for reasons other than factory defects or workmanship will be credited to your original method of payment less 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.  We do not reimburse for return postage.  Merchandise which has been laundered will not be accepted for return or replacement for any other reason other than defects in manufacturing.  Dream World Design reserves the right to determine whether or not the merchandise is refundable due to factory defects or workmanship. Note: Custom Orders are Non-returnable.
