Okedoke, The Denix Made Thompson comes from the factory with a fixed buttstock, and that's OK, since most people don't want to remove them. However, the original Tommy guns featured a removable stock, and some guys like the look of a stockless Chicago Typewriter. The Denix design prevents removing the stock without complete disassembly, and even then, a good deal of modification would be required.
