Am I required to have a PayPal account to order online?

No, you may use your credit/debit card to purchase items with PayPal without having to setup a PayPal account. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted by PayPal. Please note that orders purchased via Paypal e-check will not be processed or shipped until the designated clearance period for the e-check has ended and the payment is approved. We currently do not accept payments via money order, check, or COD.

How do I know my transaction will be safe?

Can I place my order over the phone?

To ensure accuracy of all orders, we currently do not accept phone orders.

Can you assist with sizing recommendations?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make final decisions on garment sizing. Customers may refer to the shipping charts to select appropriate measurements. Within your chosen size range, if the hip and/or waist measurements are larger than shown, additional girth may need to be allowed. Final selection of sizes, however, is determined by the customer.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We aim to satisfy our customers. If there is a workmanship defect that is the direct cause of Truly Anointed Scarves and Praise Dance Attire, an exchange can be made up to 7 days after product delivery. Truly Anointed Scarves and Praise Dance Attire should be nofitied FIRST via email of the return/exchange request. We do not accept return/exchange requests over the phone or by voicemail. All exchanges must be mailed back in the original packaging unaltered, unused, and unworn. Exchanges only. Items requested for exchange will not be shipped prior to receipt of delivered merchandise. No exceptions.
