We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you will find valuable. ubject line. Truly Anointed Scarves and Praise Dance Attire does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via the US Postal Service. You can view an estimate of shipping and handling costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. Specific costs depends upon the weight and quantity of items purchased. Please email us at info@trulyanointedscarves.com prior to placing International orders, as additional fees may apply.

Please ensure that the shipping zip code and address that you provide for your order is accurate. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages that are confirmed as delivered by the United States Postal Services. Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address, zip code, etc. are subject to a redelivery shipping fee.

To ensure that orders are received by desired date, please order in advance to provide ample time for delivery. Please be advised that we are unable to guarantee that estimated delivery dates will coincide with ministry dates. We are not responsible for delayed delivery by the US Postal Services. Order processing times may vary depending upon item availability. In order to ensure items are in-stock, please email us at info@trulyanointedscarves.com PRIOR to placing the order online.

Once online orders are processed and shipped, tracking confirmation will be forwarded via email to the email address submitted with the order. Please note that the expected date of delivery is an estimation provided by the United States Postal Service. However, it is subject to change due to weather or other local conditions unbeknownst and beyond the control of Truly Anointed Scarves & Praise Dance Attire. We do not accept responsibility for errors made by the US Postal Service or the local postal courier in the shipping destination area. Tracking confirmation and delivery status can be obtained by visiting usps.com or by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS.

TEXAS RESIDENTS: Applicable/required state sales tax will be applied. Please ensure the correct state (TX) is selected on online order form (shipping and billing addresses). Sales tax must be paid prior to order processing and shipment. Entering an alternate/erroneous state may result in delayed order processing and/or misdirected packages.

 

Exchange / Return Policy

If there is a workmanship defect that is the direct cause of Truly Anointed Scarves and Praise Dance Attire, an exchange request and/or any order discrepancy must be reported within 7 days of product delivery. Truly Anointed Scarves and Praise Dance Attire should be nofitied via email of the exchange request prior to the return of the item(s). A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refunded transaction. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any items returned without advanced/prior email notification of the specific request will be returned to sender. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

Exchange/return requests must be forwarded to info@trulyanointedscarves.com and should include the following information.

  • Full Name
  • Contact Phone #
  • Order ID #
  • Description of item(s) to be returned/exchanged (item name, quantity, size, color, price etc.)
  • Description of requested replacement item(s)
  • Additional Comments

After a notification email with the aformentioned information is submitted, a Customer Service representative will forward a return authorization ID number (via email) that should be referenced when the package is returned.  Also, a link will be provided via email for any return shipping fees or outstanding balances owed due to the exchange, if applicable, after receipt and approval of the return. Exchanged merchandise will not be shipped if shipping fees and/or outstanding balances are not paid.

IMPORTANT: We must first receive email notification, (returned) item(s), and any applicable shipping fees before honoring any return/exchange requests. No exceptions.  The condition of the returned items must be acceptable/approved before requests are processed. We are unable to process exchange and/or refund requests if the package is not returned and approved within 30 days of the original delivery date.

We do not accept exchange/return or order change requests over the phone or by voicemail.

***All exchanges must be mailed back in the original packaging unaltered, unused, and unworn. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We are not responsible for delayed delivery by the US Postal Services. A tracking number is recommended for returned packages. Exchanges only. Please allow 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your package to process your exchange request. No returns on scarves, handkerchiefs, any embroidered/customized items, accessories, leotards, tights, sale items, or custom-made garments. Items that have been altered, worn, soiled, washed, or contain perspiration, fragrance, etc. are unable to be processed for return/exchange. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable.
