Raggedy Ruth Designs? Patternettes are designed for those small, flexible projects. Use on tea towels, shirts, pillow cases . . . anything that appeals to your immagination! New Saint Patty's Patternette!

Have the luck of the Irish! This new patternette is called "Irish Hat & Clover".

The three leaf clover, or shamrock, is the metaphor that Saint Patrick used for the Holy Trinity, according to legend. It is also the symbol of Ireland. So why clover? Because shamrock is a diminutive for the word for clover in Irish.

Ruth has made this for a St. Patty's Day project, although you are free to make it year-round.

It is a patternette. This means that it is a small item that can be put on quilt blocks, tea towels [shown here] shirts, ... you name it!

It is applique. The pieces are large and easy to do. If you need assistance, call and ask for our Applique 101 class!

The patternette is $4.50. The fabric pack is $1.75. The kit [patternette, fabric pack, and tea towel] is $1.75.

You won't need the "luck of the Irish" to make this beauty!
