Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Returns

Unless otherwise stated on the sales description page, all sales are final. We are a small organisation and refunds and returns delay and distract us from making excellent MC products. We know that everything we produce and sell is sold with honesty, integrity, and a strong desire to improve your public speaking skills; so please dont jump to conclusions if you feel the product isn't initially right for you. Contact us with your concerns and we will do our best to fulfil your request with a replacement product.
