All refill adapter and cigar piercer orders will be shipped via standard shipping method at a $4.95 flat shipping rate. For heavier products shipping rates will be based upon the weight of the package and the speed of delivery. We will make such arrangements with you before actual shipment is made.

Returns

All products sold on this Web site are guaranteed to be of highest quality and free of manufacturing and/or workmanship defects. If you receive a defective or inferior product, we will be happy to replace it at absolutely no additional shipping costs to you. However, due to the nature of the products, we cannot issue credits/refunds.
