Pruski's Market is a premier Meat Market located in Adkins, Texas just eight miles outside San Antonio, We are a full service CUSTOM MEAT MARKET, featuriing Texas Bred and Corn-fed beef as well as buffalo, elk, pork and poultry. We specialize in homemade jerky --- beef, buffalo, elk and turkey. We have a variety of sausages including dry, fresh, ready-to-eat and smoked. From our Smokehouse to your house try our smoked hams, ham bacon and slab bacon, peppered or regular . Custom sliced! We also offer custom cut beef, pork and chicken for your freezer. Vacuum packing is available. In addition we have a full line of ready to cook items for the grill or oven!
