How is shipping handled?

All merchandise is shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All merchandise is carefully wrapped and safely secured for shipping. We make sure  to use sturdy boxes to ensure all merchandise is protected.  We offer 2-3 Day Priority Mail based on the number of items ordered. Next Day Air starts at $35.00. We can do a rush order for you. Premium prices will apply and we advise you to add a note to the 'special note' section during checkout. If you choose express shipping or rush- your package will be shipped with 24 hours of placing your order. Choosing either one of these quick options, your order is automatically moved ahead of others for quicker shipping times without any additional fees. All of our packages are mailed out insured, it is included in our shipping fees. Once the merchandise has been shipped we will provide you with a tracking number.  In the event your package does not arrive in a reasonable time frame please  work with the USPS to locate by tracking number.  

 

When can I expect to receive my order?

My Little Diva Accessories are made to order. We create all of our accessories at the time the order is placed. This allows us to ensure the best quality, detail, customization to each item we create. We can fulfill large and small orders -when needed. During our holiday season we tend to increase our turnaround timeframe but if you need a rush order please leave us a comment in the 'special notes' section during checkout. All accessories orders typically take 1-10 days to create and ship out.

Do you gift wrap?

We do have special boxes for gift giving. Please indicate during the checkout process that the item(s) being purchased is for a gift. Additional fees/costs may apply.

Do you ship internationally?

We can take international orders.  Our starting international fee for shipping is $45.00

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell, rent or give out our customers information to anyone. Any information obtained by you is strictly confidential. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
