The InStyle Diva Inc.  is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@mylittledivaaccessories.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. The InStyle Diva Inc. does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

 

Custom Orders

All custom orders will require extra time to create and ship. Custom orders that are placed will be fulfilled if the prodcuts are in stock. If a custom piece is purchased and is not available we will either refund your money or provide you with a comparable product of your choice

Returns

All of our merchandise is made to order. Please confirm your items based on colors choices and sizes prior to processing your order. If you are unsure of a color, shape, or size- we will be happy to send you a photo via email before you place your order.  we will be happy to send snippets of any color before you place your order.  If you are concerned about the sizes of the bows - please send us your child's specific measurements for a custom fit headband.

Returns must be approved prior to beginning the process. In the event a return has been approved-  shipping charges are not refundable. You must pay all shipping/postage for returned items back to us, and those reshipped. If the return is due to our error no additional shipping charges are due. Once your product has been received we will send an email and issue a credit (based on your original payment method) within 7-10 calendar days.

Once an item is APPROVED to be returned, an email with shipping details will be sent.
