with ball bearings for the PTO side of block and a needle bearing for flywheel side with attaching bolts. This is used in place of the pin-through style cams, mostly used with larger stroke crankshafts for the rod to clear the camshaft. The camshaft would have to be thinned down so the rod will clear. With shorter strokes this is not a problem.
