Benefits:

The huge growth in gold, silver, & precious coin investments across the nation and globally over the past few years has led to a significant need for attorneys proficient in the cutting-edge use of related legal and regulatory issues. Coin investment laws vary greatly and have been in flux with the proliferation of Fortune 500 companies, governments, and start-ups seeking to use these "safe-haven" assets to safeguard against rising uncertainty in the market. Likewise, the number of securities fraud cases has risen recently due to greater exposure to corporate misconduct, insider trading, Ponzi schemes and accounting fraud, among others. The faculty for this seminar features several leading authorities on the subject. This comprehensive program on gold, silver, and investment law will introduce you to the most relevant issues and practical solutions, including determining which laws & protections apply, overcoming pre-emptions, representing clients in investment claims, commodity issues, and handling securities fraud. The faculty will also cover the changes and progress on the latest legal developments and future regulations. Registration includes online access to course and reference materials that serve as a helpful guide to the numerous topics and techniques discussed in the program.
