Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Nicholas A. Rozansky is a Partner at Brutzkus Gubner, where he leverages an extensive litigation and business experience to serve as outside general counsel to businesses large and small. His practice primarily focuses on corporate and intellectual property law, with a concentration in consumer products and apparel, and financial industries such as factoring and asset based lending. Mr. Rozansky has represented large institutional clients in matters worth tens of millions of dollars, and small businesses and individuals in everyday business matters that require prompt and potent legal attention. He is well versed in preventative strategies, which can save his clients time and money. Mr. Rozanky is proficient in seeking writs of attachment, writs of possession and/or injunctions, and employs alternative dispute resolution and mediation to quickly resolve cases. On the defense side, he obtains favorable results for clients by utilizing law and motion to dismiss flimsy claims that would otherwise be expensive to defend. Additionally, he has been actively involved with a number of various legal and charitable organizations. From 2016-2017 he served as President of the Professionals Club, a professional group comprised of professionals servicing a wide range of businesses, including ones in the apparel industry. He has been named a “Best Lawyer” in the practice area of Commercial Litigation by U.S. News & World Report, and a “SuperLawyer” by Thomson Reuters every year since 2015.

2. Robert J. Ansell is the General Counsel at Power-Flo Technologies Inc. For over twenty years, Mr. Ansell has guided large corporations, closely-held businesses, & individuals through all stage of litigation. He has extensive experience at the trial, arbitration, mediation, and appellate level. A highly sought after lecturer on the enforcement of judgments and corporate alter ego, Mr. Ansell counsels clients of all sizes to determine when to litigate and effectively utilize alternative dispute resolution.

3. James Moylan is a leading authority on securities and commodity futures litigation practice. He also counsels business owners on: types of business entities, formation of business entities, governing documents and governance, reporting, compliance and best practices. He began his career in 1972 as a Trial Attorney in the Division of Enforcement at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. In 1975, Mr. Moylan joined the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Inc., as Assistant General Counsel. In 1977, he began private practice. Over the last more than four decades, Mr. Moylan has become one of the go-to practitioners in complex litigation and matters affecting business owners. He has authored over a dozen law review articles and is a highly sought-after lecturer nationally. Mr. Moylan serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law.
