1. Richard S. "Rick" Alembik
is a leading authority on foreclosure defense. He focuses his practice on preventing and resolving disputes that arise from real estate-, business-, and construction-related matters. He has been recognized as an advocate for victims of wrongful foreclosure. Listed in SuperLawyers and AV-rated, Mr. Alembik has won multi-million dollar jury verdicts and has litigated, arbitrated and mediated hundreds of legal disputes to successful resolution. 2. Larry Foyle
