Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. John R. Bedosky is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, where he is a member of the firm’s Trusts, Estates, and Wealth Planning Practice Group. Mr. Bedosky has extensive experience in a variety of estate planning matters, including business succession planning; family wealth accumulation, preservation and transfer planning; estate and trust administration; fiduciary litigation; and related taxation matters. His clients include businesses, families, and individuals. He works closely with those clients to devise and develop plans to protect their assets and family wealth and ensure seamless transitions between multiple generations. Mr. Bedosky is a widely sought-after speaker on estate planning and estate administration, lecturing to attorneys, CPA's, and as an Adj. Prof. of Law at the University of Minnesota Law School, the University of St. Thomas and William Mitchell College of Law, an adjunct business taxation professor at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

2. James L. Koewler, Jr. is the founder of The Koewler Law Firm, where his main areas of practice include elder law, special needs and Medicaid planning, and Veterans disability. Mr. Koewler is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Law.

3. Karl D. Warden is the Founding Member of the Karl D. Warden, JD, LLM Law Firm, where he focuses on elder law, estate planning, business law, business litigation and civil law. He has over three decades of experience and has lectured nationally on estate planning and elder law. Mr. Warden is an experienced and accomplished lawyer who’s been recognized many times for his estate planning work, specifically with wills & trusts. He holds an LL.M. degree from George Washington University Law School. Mr. Warden has been recognized for excellence lecturing at continuing legal education programming.
