Biography of Seminar Faculty:

1. Mark Hazelbaker is a Partner at Kasieta Legal Group, LLC, where he focuses his practice on litigation and representing businesses, assocations, and local governments. Mr. Hazelbaker has trained and advised local officials and is a highly sought-after speaker on a number of legal issues, including Airbnb and short-tern rentals. He has continued to advise and work with associations throughout his legal career. Mr. Hazelbaker's experience includes acting as lead lobbyist on five major new laws and hundreds of local government ordinance and zoning actions. He has handled thousands of court trials and dozens of jury trials in civil and criminal cases.

2. Clint Goodman is a Partner at Goodman Law Group, where he focuses on servicing HOA and condominium association boards and their management companies with their general counsel and complex litigation needs. Mr. Goodman volunteers much of his time educating managers and volunteer directors serving on their boards. As such, he regularly speaks and instructs at large seminars.

3. Mark Einhorn is a Partner at Marcus, Errico, Emmer & Brooks, where he serves on the firm’s Transactional and Condominium Practice. He routinely advises condominium associations and association managers on the full spectrum of matters affecting condominium communities, including: governance issues, rules enforcement, lien enforcement, asset management, casualty loss claims, document amendments, land acquisition and development rights, election and transition procedures, contracts and general liability issues. Mr. Einhorn handles a wide range of commercial and residential transactions, advising clients on the formation of condominiums, developing and drafting association documents for condominium projects, 40B development, analyzing zoning regulations, creating new corporate entities and handling negotiations with commercial lenders for developers and other real estate development projects.
