He is a Senior Advisor at Basi, Basi & Associates, where he focuses his practice on financial accounting, business succession, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, retirement and estate planning, strategic planning, and tax aspects of business decisions for closely held and family businesses. He is a highly sought-after lecturer and author on corporate. He has published five books, fourteen workbooks, and over 300 articles, and has worked with hundreds of businesses and associations. 2. Roman Basi is the President of The Center for Financial, Legal, & Tax Planning, Inc., a law/accounting firm specializing in tax/business law, estate planning and succession planning.
