US Customers may use any of the following payment options: credit card, debit card & PayPal.
Credit and Debit Cards
lashiinternational.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing.
PayPal
PayPal payments are also accepted. Proceed through our online checkout and select PayPal as your payment.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders delivered to states in which we have corporate locations. Therefore, sales tax will be charged on orders delivered to Texas, subject to local tax rates.
Texas sales tax is 8%.
Shipping options and rates
UPS Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.
UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the lashiinternational.com warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.
USPS Priority Mail — Orders delivered to a P.O. box address, or U.S. territory will be shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. box within the continental U.S. will take approximately 1 week, and delivery to U.S. territories , or a P.O. box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIMES
Most orders ship within one business day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks
RETURNS
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU’RE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR LASHIINTERNATIONAL.COM MERCHANDISE.
We accept returns for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. Return items must be sent back in their original packaging, with store tags attached. Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry. We will not be able to accept returns on lingerie purchases if the tags have been removed.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed inside of the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box. Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox, tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box. Footwear returns will not be accepted unless both the shoes and shoebox are undamaged.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the lashiinternational.com invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as lashiinternational.com cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. Send your package to:

Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
