Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping cost by viewing your cart. However, final shipping cost will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. We usually ship within 2 business days:  Shipping is as follows:

Orders $10.01-$15 Shipping Charge $2.95

Orders $15.01-$25 Shipping Charge $5.95

Orders $25.01-$44.99 Shipping Charge $6.95

Orders $45.00-$54.99 Shipping Charge $8.95

Orders $55.00-$74.99 Shipping Charge $9.95

Orders $75.00 and above FREE SHIPPING

 

Returns/Exhanges

You may exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged pair of shoes for any pair that is of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the pair and for the shipping cost of the new one.  All clearance shoes are final sale, no returns nor exchanges.

Indicate on your original packing slip the sku number of the new pair, size you want and a note authorizing us to charge your credit card for the shipping of the new pair.

No returns on any hair accessory or any other product.
