Via United States Postal Service for any US orders.  For any international orders, the best carrier will be selected depending on the destination.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

You may exchange any unused, unworn, undamaged pair of shoes for any pair that is of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the pair and for the shipping cost of the new one.
