We use UPS for domestic and international shipping.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
Returns are accepted for unopened articles within 30 days of the delivery date. There is no return policy for products shipped internationally.
What are the rules on international orders?
We do business with most foreign countries. All international orders (aside from Canada) must be prepaid by bank wire transfers or international money orders sent to our office. NOTE: Once items are shipped out from our facility to an international destination and we supply you with tracking information, we will not discuss the order with you after that. We ship everything according to IATA international shipping rules and will not be responsible for the behavior of your country's customs agents. You are on your own to track your order after we supply your tracking number. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Call us to discuss your international order.
