How do I know my transaction will be safe?
Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.
ALL credit card transactions are entered MANUALLY on the day we ship your new No-Sweat vent pad.
What happens after I’ve placed my order?
After we download your order, we MANUALLY run your credit card, make a No-Sweat vent pad to your order's size(s), pack it up and ship it to you via US Postal Service Priority Mail. This all happens usually within 48 hours of you placing your order.
SOMEtimes, but not very often (maybe once a year), things in our supply-chain go a little bit sideways, and it MAY take a few extra days to get your new No-Sweat on its way to you. We will usually let you know right away if we are having that difficulty.
International shipments are subject to your country's Customs and Postal systems. All international shipments made by US Mail have a Customs Tracking Number which we will send to you.
Other methods of shipping are available, at extra cost, for both U.S. and International orders. These include Express Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, and Air Freight.
How are products delivered to me?
US Postal Service Priority Mail will deliver your new No-Sweat vent pad either to your physical address or to your Post Office Box.
This is for both U.S. and International shipments.
U.S. shipments are delivered in two or three days after we mail them to you.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Dixie Midnight offers the following Returns Policy: If you'd like to return your Dixie Midnight No-Sweat vent pad within 30 days of your purchase from Dixie Midnight, (for ANY reason) and you haven't trimmed or cut your No-Sweat, and it's been properly cleaned of all hair, dirt, grunge and is in as-new condition, just call us on the Toll-Free line at 1-888-287-6716 and you'll get a cheerful, no-nonsense refund! If your No-Sweat is returned within the 30-day period and it's dirty, we reserve the right to refuse the refund, or to charge a cleaning/restocking charge commensurate with the effort involved to clean the return to as-new condition. If you've cut or trimmed your No-Sweat vent pad, the 30-day Return Policy does NOT apply. No 30-day returns on cut or trimmed No-Sweat vent pads. -----------IMPORTANT GUARANTEE STUFF------------------------- If, for WHATEVER reason, your No-Sweat vent pad fails to keep your saddle pad clean and dry, and/or your horse's back cooler, at ANY time after your purchase, yes, ANY time, call us on the Toll-Free line (1-888-287-6716), send us your old No-Sweat vent pad, and when we receive it, you may have, at your option, your purchase price refunded or a brand-new No-Sweat sent to you at no charge. Even if you've trimmed it to fit your saddle pad. Yes, even if it's dirty!
