Warranty and Shipping Terms
Flat Rate Shipping on all stall gates $20.00 Per Gate
3 OR LESS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX TO YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS ADDRESS
IF YOU ORDER MORE THEN 3 GATES THEY WILL SHIP FREIGHT TO THE NEAREST TERMINAL OR BUSINESS ADDRESS FOR FREE.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE THEM SHIPPED TO YOUR FARM WE CAN JUST ADD THE RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY CHARGE.
Product Warranty
Davis Metal & Powder Coating. will, at its option, replace or repair without charge to the original purchases, any part or parts manufactured by it and found, upon examination, to be DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL AND/OR WORKMANSHIP if received for such examination within 90 days from date of original purchase. Powder Coating is not covered under the warranty.
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, or neglect or shipping are conditions under which warranty cannot be claimed. Nor will warranty apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the manufacturer's instruction for operation and maintenance nor from the improper selection of a particular application.
All transportation charges on, and damage and loss incurred in connection with the transportation of parts submitted for replacement or repair under this WARRANTY shall be borne by the purchaser.
No other warranties, guarantees, or liabilities, either implied or expressed, will be the responsibility of Davis Metal & Powder Coating.
Shipping Information
Terms of Sale
All orders must be prepaid. Sorry, no CODs. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Check, or Money Order. Normal production time is 10-14 business days. Depending on your location, please allow 3-5 days in transit. Credit card orders may be phoned in at 419-987-4414. Standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm eastern time. OHIO Residents will be charged the OHIO Sales Tax unless we have a tax exemption form on file. There is a 25% restocking fee on all canceled orders. Once gates ship you can return at your own expense. All sales are final once the credit card has been charged. Custom Ordered Gates CAN NOT BE RETURNED!
Delivery Information
Our merchandise is shipped via UPS, Fed-Ex or commercial semi-truck. UPS and Fed-Ex delivery may be routed to a commercial or residential address. Semi-truck delivery must be directed to a business address or you may opt to pick up at the nearest freight terminal. ( any business address close to you that can accept delivery from a semi-truck qualifies as a business delivery ) Please include a daytime phone number for contact by commercial carriers.
We use FedEx home delivery for most items. Any damage caused by shipping must be reported within 15 days to be covered. Once the products leave our location we have no control over the shipping company. Insurance claims take time and once resolved with the shipping company you can be refunded or get the replacement items. Buyers to pay all shipping charges. All returns must have approval before you ship the item or no refund will be given. Items returned must be in the original unused condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
