Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we may be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of The Cowboy Shop Online Store.
Georgia State Sales Tax: The Cowboy Shop Online is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a State of Georgia address. The appropriate State and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the items purchased. If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact us and provide us the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting us before you place your order and/or faxing us the appropriate documentation with your order will help us to avoid billing adjustments.
The Cowboy Shop Online Return Policy: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. The Cowboy Shop Online has a 7 day return policy, from the date of receipt by the customer. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags intact. Items must be appropriately packaged and boxed. You must contact The Cowboy Shop Online for a return authorization number and to advise a reason for the return and whether store credit, exchange or refund is requested. Original Sales Receipt must be in box. The Cowboy Shop Online will not accept any packages that are shipped COD, or do not RA (return authorization) number on the box. The Cowboy Shop Online purchases cannot be returned to the physical store locations unless prior authorization has been received (see above for reference to RA number). Also, in store purchases cannot be return shipped to the online store. This is due to differences in the online store return policy and the physical store return policy. As part of our customer relations program we will implement e-store promotions, special offers and/or discounts from time to time and reserve the right to apply additional rules regarding our return policy. Again, all rules and/or policies will be made available at the time such offers are valid. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all items returned after 7 days and to certain other items. Your invoice will note the restocking fee for those specific items. Please allow adequate time to process your return and credit to be processed. Credit should appear on your credit card statement within one billing cycle, or a refund check should arrive within 30 days. Losses or shortages should be reported immediately. Custom-made merchandise, special orders, drop ships, supplements, vaccines/medications, videos, books, software, altered items and bits are non returnable. Sale Merchandise is non refundable. Bits Return Policy: Bits are non returnable by law, for equine health reasons, and are excluded from our 100% money back guaranteed. No exceptions will be made to this policy. Rope Return Policy: We want you to be happy with the ropes you receive from The Cowboy Shop Online. When you receive your ropes, inspect each one carefully. If you are not completely satisfied, return any unused rope to The Cowboy Shop Online for an exchange or refund.
Saddle Return Policy: It is important that your new saddle fits both you and your horse. When your saddle arrives, inspect it carefully, saddle your horse with it using a clean pad, and make sure you are satisfied with the quality and fit. If you are not satisfied, return the unused saddle immediately for a refund or exchange. Please realize that a new saddle won’t sit completely down on the horse’s back until it has been ridden several times. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. When purchasing a saddle, you are allowed 7 days for notification of return if the saddle does not fit the rider or the horse. Again, return the saddle immediately, unused, for exchange or refund. We stress that a full refund can only be given if the saddle is absolutely clean and shows no evidence of use. A special order custom designed or altered saddle may not be returned.
Damaged Item(s) Return: If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately at 1-866-689-1374, so we can instruct you on the proper handling in order to return/replace the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to The Cowboy Shop online within 24 hours of receipt. We may need to contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Returns: Please send your package by insured and prepaid UPS, or USPS for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery to us. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Ship all return packages with a letter explaining why the item is being returned (exchange, refund, etc.).
