The Clog Factory is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to clog@clogheaven.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. The Clog Factory does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped FREE to any 48 Continental States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will incur an additional charge based on the current shipping rates. Customer service representative will contact you shortly after you place your order with the shipping rate, and will only charge your account for that amount with your approval. In stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days. If item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail. Note: You will not be charge for any back order clogs.

Returns and Exchange

We accept your return or exchange on UNWORN items in original box within 30 days.
Please include your name and telephone number in case we have any questions. Clogs returned more than 30 days will be charge 10% restocking fee. We will not accept clogs after 60 days. Sorry, but any clogs worn outside will not be accepted and will be shipped back to customer. Although many clogs are sent to you directly from manufacturer, those warehouses do not accept returns.
