Easy Art from the Heart follows the school calendar from September through August, and offers rhyming recipes for numerous art projects for each seasonal event and holiday. All the projects are age appropriate for two to five year old children, though older children will want to join in the fun. Nearly all the projects use inexpensive materials found at home, school, or the local market.

Each of the twelve chapters have four rhyming poems with easy instructions for at least two art projects. For parents who are looking for ways to share quality time with their children, or teachers who are looking for new ways to introduce developmental skills, these poetic tomes offer another dimension of creativity.

Completing these projects will allow the children to use their creative gifts to expand their confidence, and develop an appreciation for colors, shapes, and design. For easy clean-up for painted and sticky hands, keep a bucket filled with warm water and suds. Clean-up can be fun, too!

Please encourage the children to use this actual book as an art project by decorating the pages any way they please. Feel free to add photos of completed works of art so that EASY ART FROM THE HEART can also become a memory keepsake.
