As you begin to learn the Buteyko Breathing Method, and begin to change your habitual breathing pattern, you will need to practice the Buteyko Breathing exercises every day. The Buteyko Breathing Exercises Logbook is a 6-month progress journal for recording your daily breathing exercises. In the Logbook, you will chart your progress and can record observations and questions as they arise in order to ensure optimal progress as you proceed in learning the Buteyko Breathing Method.
