Breathing in Motion is a series of one-on-one sessions, which will teach you how to use The Buteyko Method while exercising. All forms of exercise are covered, from physical fitness training in a gym, to running, biking, hiking or walking outdoors. Whether you are in excellent shape or just starting a physical fitness program, these breathing techniques will greatly increase your stamina and endurance. The total length is 6 hours, given in 4 sessions (1.5 hour each). This course is taught in person or online via Skype.
