Calendar dates are such abstract ideas that it is difficult for most people to remember them. This lesson teaches you how to make a mental connection between a calendar date and anything else: meetings or birthdays.
Action Plans are also taught in this lesson so that you can use these two concepts together: First you remember the date of a special event, meeting or gathering. And then you also remember all the steps required to achieve the goals for the meeting or in order to prepare for the event.
This lesson is a recording of Bob Miller teaching a memory student for the first time. It's a dialogue that you can listen in on, and learn the easy way.
Lesson 3 is a pre-requisite to be able to understand this lesson.
