What happens after I’ve placed my order?

You will receive a Block Island Ferry Gear order placement confirmation e-mail with your order number and order detail. Once your order has shipped an order shipment confirmation email will be sent with your order number, order detail and USPS tracking link. 

How are products delivered to me?

Processing and production of your order will begin during the next business day after payment is received. It may take up to two additional business days for your order to complete production and be shipped. 

All orders are shipped USPS via Standard Shipping.Orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days after your order is submitted. Deliveries to AK, HI, P.O. boxes and Puerto Rico can take up to 9 days to be delivered. Tracking information provided. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico.
