What happens after I’ve placed my order?
You'll receive an automated response informing you that we've received your reservation request and you'll then receive, within 12 hours, your reservation confirmation e-mail detailing your activity schedule and reservation numbers.
What is your refund or exchange policy?
- Changes and cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to the departure time of the service.
- Reservations may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty in the event that weather conditions don't allow the service to take place.
- In the event of illness, a doctor's note must be presented to receive a refund or to reschedule without penalty.
- In package arrangements, cancellation of one of the included activities/dives nulls the package price and the remaining services/dives are charged at full price. In some occasions the remaining services may cost more individually than the original package.
