What happens after I’ve placed my order?

All items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail. With the exception of custom orders, I will package and send your purchase within 1-2 days of payment excluding weekends. If you wish to ship to an alternate address be sure to note that in your order. Packages will be insured for the amount of the purchase price in case of breakage during transit. Orders normally take 2-5 business days, depending on your distance from Arizona. However, weather or the postal service might cause a delay which is out of my control.

How are products delivered to me?

Glass is both heavy and fragile, and I want to make sure that your purchase arrives to you in good condition. My shipping charges take into account the cost of shipping materials and other expenses incurred in preparing your art glass item for delivery. In some cases my costs are more than the actual charge to you. I do not make any profit on this and have worked to find a balance on a fair cost to my customer.

What is your refund or exchange policy?

All sales are final.  If you feel that the item is defective when it arrives, contact me at Pilisa@AMusinGlass.com to discuss what you feel is wrong with the item.  If you have a problem with the item arriving intact, contact USPS for a refund.
