Adams Imports, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to service@adamsimports1.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Adams Imports, Inc. does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Products will be shipped within 24-48 hours using UPS, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Sunday and holidays may not ship until the next available business day. If there is a delay in the shipping due to non-availability of product, you will be notified by email or telephone to your options.

If the item arrives damaged please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within five days from the receipt of your order. Adams Imports, upon return and inspection of the damaged product, will replace the product or issue a store credit for the value of the the item purchased, excluding shipping.

All items purchased on-line may also be picked up from our retail location in Red Bank, New Jersey during normal store hours. Check the Contact Us page for store hours and directions.

Returns

If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the product must be returned within five days of online order date, or within two days from delivery receipt date, for issue of store credit excluding the cost of shipping. There are no refunds after this time period.

If the item arrives damaged please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within five days from the receipt of your order for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Adams Imports, upon return and inspection of the damaged product, will replace the product or issue a store credit for the value of the the item purchased, excluding shipping.

All other sales are final.
