Our Polish Pottery is hand crafted with pride at a small manufacturing company in Boleslawiec, Poland. This polish art is sure to please all who enjoy traditional folk art style. All of the the pieces are hand painted, using natural sponge found in the baltic sea to paint the art on each piece.
The outstanding traditions of the local potters making Polish Pottery under-glaze stamp and brush ornamentation, can be seen on the hand-formed dishes of the finest quality clays. Each Polish Pottery product is a unique masterpiece, with the art of fire glazing creating its original and extraordinary form. Polish Pottery is famous for its beautiful shape, rich ornamentation and being fired at very high temperatures (over 1250°C) which guarantees impermeability, durability and resistance to any damage when the Polish Pottery tableware is used in microwaves, ovens, or dishwashers. Polish Pottery products are free from any cadmium or lead additives, and safe ecological glazes are used for ornamenting purposes.
Our Polish Pottery products are very rich, sumptuous, and diverse, and are renowned for their beautiful hand-finish, original style and high practicality. Our products have a unique design, drawing from a several-hundred-year tradition of Polish, Czech and German pottery making, a distinct stylistic canon, known in German as Bunzlauer Geschirr.
