During the early decades of the 20th Century, the U.S. Navy made plans to fight many potential enemies: Japan, Germany, Britain . . . and Australia. Plan Scarlet looked at what a naval war with Australia might look like, with possible involvement by Japan and Britain as well. Our Plan Scarlet book is based on these studies with 25 new scenarios. Plan Scarlet is not playable separately; ownership of Pacific Crossroads, Cruiser Warfare, Jutland, Sea of Troubles and Black Waters is necessary to enjoy all of the scenarios.
