Frozen pack Lobster Meat Knuckle Claw (CK). CK meat consists of Fresh Lobster meat cooked, picked, packed in 2lb packs and quick frozen. It is less expensive because it contains only the claw and knuckle meat of the lobster. It is a great product for casseroles, salads, or any recipe where lobster is not the main ingredient.
