Our specialist will make unannounced visits to check on the condition of your loved one. We will note cleanliness, demeanor, and general quality of care provided. Also, we will also make note in our report of your loved one’s condition given to us by the nurse or staff in charge. $125.00 Initial Visit / $75.00 per visit thereafter
