What type of quality of products does CTFlooring offer?

CTFlooring offers top quality products only, from leading manufacturers. AllCTFlooring products are selected for their quality of construction, durability and fashionable appearance, and all carry a long-term warranty.

Can I buy CTFlooring products if I rent my apartment or home?

Yes, you can buy CTFlooring products if you rent your living space. Please contact 1-855-283-5667 and a helpful Customer Care Representative will explain in more detail what you need to do.

How do I shop with CTflooring? Is there any charge or obligation for a shop-at-home appointment?

CTFlooring offers a convenient shop-at-home service, at no cost and no obligation to you. We bring samples directly to your home, so you can see how they will look with your existing décor.

What brands does CTFlooring carry?

CTFlooring carries a full range of brands to meet a home owners needs. We carry popular brands such as Mohawk, Shaw, Stainmaster, Hunter Douglas and Quick Step.

Do CTFlooring carry a warranty?

Yes, all CTFlooring products are warranted, details can be provided at the time of the free in-home appointment.
 

Does CTFlooring repair or service existing products?

No, CTFlooring does not service nor do we do repairs on existing products.
 

Does CTFlooring on weekends?

Depending on local municipality restrictions CTFlooring can install on Saturdays. Installations on Sundays are currently unavailable.

Customer Service, Sales and Installation

Do I need to call to confirm the time of installation?

No, it is not necessary for you to confirm a time for your installation. A friendly CTFlooring Care Representative will call to confirm your installation appointment.

How can I schedule a free at home Sales Appointment?

You can schedule it here by  contacting us at 1-855-283-5667 to schedule. Sales appointments (in store) are generally available between 11am and 1pm on weekdays and 7pm and 9pm weeknights with shorter hours on Saturday. 

What if I have to reschedule my Sales Appointment?

To reschedule an appointment, please contact 1-855-283-5667; a representative will be available to assist you.   Please do not setup another appointment online.  
 

What information would the Sales Representative need to place an order?

To place an order the sales representative would need a current state issued identification and the required deposit in a form of Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Certified Checks or Bankcards. In addition, if you are a renter, CTFlooring would need an “Authorization Letter” from your property owner allowing CTFlooring to perform work on the premise.
 

When can I expect my Sales Representative to arrive?

Your sales representative will arrive anytime within the two-hour window that you initially selected during appointment set-up.
 

Why must all parties making the decision be present for the entire appointment?

Sales representatives cannot leave samples at your home. If there is more than one person required for a purchase decision, they would need to be present to view the samples at the time of the visit and discuss purchasing options.
 

Does CTFlooring dispose of my old product?

CTFlooring does offer haul away options; your sales representative can provide these details.
 

How can I schedule an installation appointment?

Your Sales Representative can schedule an installation appointment   If an installation appointment was not scheduled with the Sales Representative; please contact 1-855-283-5667an a representative will be available to assist you.

How do I re-schedule my installation?

Please contact 1-855-283-5667; an associate will be available to help you with your appointment.

When will my installer arrive at my home?

Installers can arrive anytime between 8am and 6pm.

Does CTFlooring move furniture?

Yes, CTFlooring does move basic furniture, but not extremely heavy objects (e.g., pianos, china cabinets, pool tables, floor model televisions, fish tanks, etc.)

Is there a product minimum or limit on purchases?

No, there is no minimum or limit for purchases.  (Does not include promotions, where minimums may apply).

Does CTFlooring request required permits?

Yes, required permits are requested by CTFlooring.

What if I have an issue or concern regarding my product that is already installed.
