Managing your account is easy from the Status Summary page. If you need to renew, upgrade or close your account, change your personal information, update your login information or check on your account statistics, this is where you come.
The Status Summary page is divided into two sections; the top of the page provides several links that take you to the pages you will need to manage core account functions and the bottom half of the page provides different account information for your convenience.
The links you will find at the top of this page are:
- This link will open up a list of your past billing history in a new window. This is a printer friendly page.
Edit Account Billing Information- This link functions the same as the button on the main menu and opens up the Billing Profile page.
Edit Public Contact Information - This link functions the same as the Contact Profile button on the main menu and opens up the Contact Profile page.
Renew or Upgrade - This link functions the same as the button on the main menu and opens up the Renew/Upgrade page.
- This link takes you to a screen where you can close your account. To close your account, you must contact the Account Administration Department at 1-888-255-6230 between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday EST. If you are having difficulties with your account, you can submit a Support Case by clicking the link or contact our support team at 1-888-792-1961 between 10 am to 8 pm, Monday to Friday EST.
At the bottom of this page you will find the following Account Information :
Merchant ID - This is your Merchant ID number. If you ever contact support, you will be asked to provide this number.
Current Package - This is the package that you are currently signed up for.
Auto-Renewal Status - This field displays whether your account is setup to automatically renew or not. Possible statuses are:
Account Status - This field displays whether your account is currently active or not. If the account is not active, most functionality will be disabled.
Date Account Expires - This is the date your account is set to expire. If you are on an automatically renewing package, this date will be automatically extended by 4 weeks every time your account is renewed.
Licensed Database Size Limit - By default, all packages on our system provide a 10,000 contact database limit. If you are approaching, or have more than 10,000 contacts, you can easily upgrade this number as high as you need to by clicking on the Renew or Upgrade link listed above.
Current Contacts Database Size - This field displays the total number of contact records currently in your database.
Current Products Database Size - The field displays
the total number of products created in your account
In addition to the above two sections, you will notice two links at the bottom of the page:

Questions? Concerns?- This link functions the same as the button on the main menu and will open up a form you can fill out to submit a question to our Billing department.
