Call 1-800-344-7779 (7:00AM to 11:00PM ET) or email icustomercare@usps.com USPS ICCC (Internet Customer Care Center) and request that they switch your account to the USPS PRODUCTION server.
Please remember to reference your USER ID and state that you are using the Aivea eShip USPS shipping software (Aivea eShip is the Authorized module we use to communicate with USPS online).

How to get Your USPS User ID and Password?
STEP 1: Getting Your User ID and Password
Click Here to Register with the USPS Web Tools to get the User ID and Password
After completing the USPS Web Tools registration and agreeing to their Terms and Conditions of Use, you will receive an email from the USPS Internet Customer Care Center (ICCC)
This email will include your USPS USER ID and PASSWORD
Once you have this information, you can either email or call USPS' ICCC to request having your account moved to the USPS PRODUCTION server. Please remember to reference your USER ID and the fact that you are using the Aivea eShip USPS shipping software

When your account has been successfully moved to the USPS PRODUCTION server, you can start using your USPS Account
STEP 2: Integrating Your USPS Account
Log into your shopping cart account
Go to the USPS Realtime Shipping Setup Page (Main Menu >> Products >> Setup Shipping >> New Realtime Calculation >> USPS Tab)
Click on the Next Step button on the Setup Shipping: Free Shipping Option page
Click on the USPS Tab if it is not already selected
Enter the User ID that USPS supplied you with
In the top right of the FedEx tab you will see a check box and the label Activate USPS. Place a check in this box to make USPS available to your contacts
Click the Next Step Button
STEP 3: Editing Your Carrier Shipping Options
You will now find yourself on the Realtime Calculation Shipping Options page where you can choose which shipping options are available to your contacts. The four columns you will see are:
Shipping Type - This column cannot be edited. These are all of the shipping options that are offered by each carrier.
Handling Type - If you would like to add a Handling charge to every order (on top of the regular shipping amount), the drop down box in this column allows you to specify whether you would like to add increase the shipping cost by a set dollar amount or by a percentage.
Handling Amount - If you would like to add a Handling charge to every order (on top of the regular shipping amount), enter the numerical value into this field.
Apply - Use the checkmarks in this column to determine which shipping options will be made available to your contacts. Any shipping option that has not been selected will not appear to your contacts on the order page.
