How to get your DHL/Airborne customer account information?
STEP 1: Getting Your DHL/Airborne customer account number
Click here and register for your account at DHL's website for your own DHL/Airborne Customer Account Number. From the USA home page, select Register or Open Account from the list on the left and follow the on-screen directions.
STEP 2: Submit your Signup Form.
Download and fill out the eShip_DHL_API_Signup_Form.doc form.
Also download, review and sign the AIRBORNE EXPRESS AGREEMENT in order to use Ship-It, Airborne’s Internet Shipping Tool.
Once you have completed the above please fax them to 480-375-6680.
* Note: Make sure you answer ”No” to the ”Do you have a DHL or Airborne account number?” question on the bottom of the registration form in order to get a DHL Account Number.
Check your email for your System ID, password, and Shipping Key from DHL.
Once you have the above account information you will need to contact DHL at XMLRequests@dhl.com and ask to have your account transferred to the DHL production server. Make sure to notify DHL within your email that you use the Aivea E-Ship Module.
STEP 3: Enter your DHL/Airborne account Info into your shopping cart account
Please keep in mind DHL no longer offers domestic shipping, rates from DHL will only be returned for international orders.
