The Edit Products page allows you to modify existing products. The screen is divided into twelve tabs; Details, Settings, Options, Categories, Images, Downloads, Links, Template, Recurring, Attributes, Autoresponders, and Upsell Express. To navigate from section to section, simply click the tab you wish view.

 

  • Product ID - This field in not editable and contains a product ID number that is automatically assigned by our database. This number is not customizable. The Product ID will be displayed no matter which tab you are currently viewing.

  • Page URL - Displays the store URL for your product. To edit the URL, click the Edit button, make your desired changes and click ok or click cancel to make no changes. By clicking the Default URL button, the page URL will be changed to the default URL. The Page URL will be displayed no matter which tab you are currently viewing.

    The Details tab includes the basic product information and contains the following fields:

    The Settings tab includes all of the product settings and is split up into different sections which include:

    Sale Pricing

    Inventory

    Shipping

    Affiliates

    Taxes

    Packing Slip Display Options

    Related Products

    3rd Party Integrations

    Quantity Breaks


    Quantity Breaks allows you to set quantity discounts for specific quantity of a product purchased. For example, you can give customers a 10% discount for purchasing 1 to 5 of the product and 25% for 6 to 10 products.

     

    The Options tab is where you can add, edit and create new product options. Previously located within the Settings tab, you can add Product Size, Color, Style or any other customizable options for your specific products. The Options tab contains a table with the following fields:

    When you click on Edit Values, a new table will appear below the current product options table. The options in the table will depend on the Product Option Type.

    When creating the Selection Type Product Option, the following options will appear:

    Use the Save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes or Save as New to save your changes as a new product.

     

    The Categories tab is where you can Add, Edit and Create a Product Image(s) for your product. You will notice on this page a table with 5 different columns and a read-only field located above the table.

     

     

    The Images tab is where you can Add, Edit and Create a Product Image(s) for your product. You will notice on this page a table with 5 different columns and a read-only field located above the table.

    The Downloads tab includes all settings for digital downloads and includes the following fields:

    The Links tab is split up into two sections; Navigation and Product Links and includes the following fields:

    The Template tab is contains the following fields:

    The Recurring tab contains all the recurring settings associated with your product and includes the following:

    Note: Once a product is set to be a Recurring Product and a Recurring Event has been triggered you will not be able to change the product back to a regular product. It is recommended you create a new product or Save as New if you wish to use the same product information.

     

    If you have a Doba product you will notice a Doba tab that replaces the Recurring tab. Within the Doba tab you will find:

     

    You can update your doba product by clicking the Update button at the top of the section. The date at which you last imported the product is displayed beside this button.

     

    The Attributes tab is where all your product attributes will be listed that you have previously created. You will notice the attribute name and the text field beside the attribute name. The text field is where you enter the value for the product attribute for the specific product you are modifying. Note: These field are HTML enabled.

     

    The Autoresponderstab allows you to set which autoresponders your customers are added to when they purchase this product.

     

     

    The Upsell Expresstab allows you to configure your Upsell Express settings from the details of your product, If you have created Upsell funnels in Upsell Express, they will appear in this list. You may select multiple Upsell Funnels from the list, however, we will only ever send the customer through one Upsell Funnel after a successful purchase. This is determined by the Priority setting of your Upsell Funnels which is configured in the Upsell Express section found in the Products menu.

     

     

     

    There are two buttons located at the bottom of each section, Save and Save as New. The Save button allows you to save the settings you have added or updated. The Save as New button allows you to create and save a new product with the settings you saved.
