This report was designed to track the number of coupons used on your order form and show you your coupon return for your specified date range and sorted by coupon code.
Fields available on this report include:
Coupon Code - This column will display the code for each coupon.
Description - This column will display the Description you supplied for each coupon.
Start Date - This column will display thedate each coupon begins.
End Date - This column will display the date each coupon ends.
Coupons Used - This column will display the number of orders each coupon has been used on.
Total Available - This column will display the number of coupons still available. This is an optional field when creating a coupon; if this option was not set, no data will appear in this column.
Coupon Return % - This column will display the percentage of total coupons that have been used (# of Orders Using Coupons / Total # of Offers Available * 100 = % of Coupon Return)
Selecting a coupons name from the graph will open the edit coupon screen in a new window.
